Please be advised shipping cost are not included in the on-line price. Confirmation of transaction which will include on-line purchase price and shipping cost will be communicated via phone or e-mail. NO CHARGES ARE MADE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD UNTIL YOU ARE ADVISED AND APPROVE THE  FINAL PURCHASE... 

 

SHIPPING: Smalls item will be shipped by DHL, larger items will be ship by Greyhound, ABF Transport, UPS Freight or AC Delivers. We can only give shipping quotes during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, except on holidays. We advise you to call (417)777-8050 or (417)777-3276 for shipping cost. We will need your name, address and phone number along with an email address.

  Unfortunately, it is getting very hard to ship overseas, we are only able to ship to the USA and Canada.

 

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT: Include MasterCard, Visa and Discover through our store, as well as Pay Pal.  Payment can be made by calling the store at (417)777-8050 or (417)777-3276. STORE POLICY: Our goal is happy and satisfied customers. We continually try to offer items that are special and of high quality and in good, clean condition. We take great care in packing so you will receive your item in the same condition it was in when it left our store. Our policy is included with each individual item that we list. Items may not be returned without written authorization from Country Classic Antiques. There will be no authorization for return after ten days of shipping date. All sales will be considered final after ten days of the shipping date. Smaller items can be returned, with the buyer paying the shipping both ways. The larger items must be returned in the original packing and arrive in the same condition as when it left our store, with the buyer paying the shipping both ways. We strive to make the customer happy and we will work with you on an individual basis. If for some reason the item(s) is damaged in the shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company. We will help in any way we can if damage does occur. We are always available to answer questions and provide information.

 

Subject to Prior Sales: Many of the items in our 30,000 sq. ft. store are simultaneously made available on line via Ebay, Go Antiques and Ruby Lane. We make every possible effort to maintain an accurate website inventory (countryclassicantiques.com). Please be advised that all items are subject to prior sale. The transaction is not complete, nor is your credit card charged until you have written (e-mail) or verbal (phone) confirmation from Country Classic Antiques.
