Antique 1800s Era 3 Pc Parlor Set Settee,Chair & Platform Rocker New Upholstery

You are looking at a beautiful 3 piece parlor set from the 1800’s. This set includes a settee, platform rocker and arm chair. All 3 pieces are Eastlake style in dark walnut wood with burled wood accents on the crest rail and seat rail. They have new upholstery in a lovely soft sage green with exposed brass nail head trim. The arm rests are padded and upholstered. The arm chair and settee have button tufted back rests and casters on all 4 legs. The rocker has casters on the front legs only. This set is in great condition. The settee has some very minor chips on the crest rail at the corner above the left shoulder and on the wood at the bottom of the back seat cushion on the left side. The arm chair has a nick in the wood between the back cushion and the padding on the left arm. There is also a chip in the burled wood accent on the seat rail. The stile on the right side of the back rest has a small chip in the reeding and the left hand rest is missing a wooden “button” medallion on the end. See the photos below. The platform rocker is in excellent condition. This set is antique and may not be perfect. I do not know who the manufacture is or the exact date it was made. Measurements are: Settee: 42 7/16 inches tall, 55 1/8 inches side to side and 25 15/16 inches front to back. It weighs 55 pounds. Rocker: 38 ¼ inches tall, 24 inches side to side and 31 13/16 inches front to back. It weighs 36 pounds. Arm Chair: 42 5/16 inches tall, 27 1/8 inches side to side and 26 5/16 inches front to back. It weighs 31 pounds.

Vintage Contemporary Style Sofa Button Tuftted Back Floral Upholstery Nice Cond

Here we have a vintage contemporary style sofa in great condition. This sofa has button tufting on the back rest and a very heavy floral tapestry fabric. The fabric is in shades of burgundy, green and purple. There are some minor stains on the seat cushions but they are difficult to see due to the busy pattern of the fabric. This sofa was made by Justice Mfg. Co. It is solid and sturdy and has lots of life in it. The arms have upholstery covers and the cushions are firm and comfortable. This sofa is vintage and will not be perfect. I do not know the exact date it was made. It measures 32 inches tall, 89 inches side to side and 40 ½ inches front to back. It weighs 140 pounds.

Vintage Tilt Chaise Lounge Double Chair New Upholstery Extra Nice 1970's Era

Here we have a very nice 1970’s era tilt chaise lounger. This lounger is extra wide and so comfortable. It has been professionally upholstered in beige and brown fabric with large brass nail head trim. The arms are upholstered as well. The pictures may look like the fabric has a bit of a green tint but it does not. It is truly a neutral beige and brown. The back and underside of the chaise is dark brown faux leather. The base is wood and there are 4 wood legs underneath. On the right side of the base is a lever that when in the back position puts the chaise locked in the laying position. When the lever is forward the chaise is locked in the upright position. This lounger will easily seat 2 being over 45 inches wide. This chaise is vintage and may not be perfect. I do not know who the manufacture is or the exact date it was made. The chaise measures 38 ¼ inches tall, 45 5/8 inches side to side and 67 ½ inches front to back. It weighs 127 pounds.

Vintage French Provincial Cream 1960's Sofa Extra Nice Perfect Upholstery Macy's

You are looking at a really nice 1960's vintage French Provincial sofa made by Kingsley Furniture Co of La Porte, IN. This piece was custom made for a customer of Macy's Kansas City store. The upholstery looks like it just came off the show room. There are no stains, rips, tears or odors. The back has nice tight tufted buttons and the seat cushion is split. The hand rests and seat rail are fluted and there are 3 Queen Anne style legs on the front. The fabric is very pale soft gold with a quilted leaf pattern on it. There are a few scuffs on the legs, see the photos below. I do not know the exact date this piece was made. It is vintage and may not be perfect however the overall condition is near mint. Measurements are 31 1/2 inches tall, inches 82 3/4 side to side and 35 inches front to back. It weighs 106 pounds. 2310

Antique Empire Style Mahogany Settee Loveseat Nice Condition Upholstered Seat

You are looking at an Empire style mahogany settee. This piece is in nice condition for its age. The seat is detached from the bench it appears to be a replacement seat. It does fit the settee well and is easy to reupholster if you wanted to do so. The upholstery has no odors, stains, rips or tears on it. It is in great condition. The front legs have ball and claw feet. The bench is very solid and sturdy. The finish is a little thin in spots on the crest rail, shoulders and arms. There are a few nicks on the seat rail from the years. I do not know the maker or exact date this piece was made. It is antique and may not be perfect. Measurements are 36 3/8 inches tall, 45 ½ inches side to side and 24 5/8 inches front to back. It weighs 36 pounds.

Antique Empire Victorian Style Sofa w Dark Walnut Frame and Red Upholstery NICE

Here we have an Empire Victorian style sofa with dark walnut veneer frame and variegated red velvet upholstery. The upholstery is in good condition with no staines, rips, tears or odors. There is one area where the fabric has been roughed up a bit on the side below the arm. This sofa is in overall good condition and is very solid and sturdy. There are casters on all 4 feet and the back is not upholstered. The seat rail and crest rail are flat and show the beautiful grain of the wood. There are some splits and nicks on the left and right side of the seat rail where it meets the legs. The veneer is peeling in one small spot on the right side above the leg. There are some nicks on the crest rail as well, see the photos below. Overall this piece is in good condition. I do not know the maker or exact date this piece was made. Vintage Lazy Boy Dual Recliner Love Seat Wall Hugger New Upholstery Extra Nice!!

Here we have a Lazy Boy brand dual recliner from the 1960’s. This love seat is in excellent condition with new professional upholstery. It was made in Monroe Michigan and is the wall hugger style. The new upholstery has button tufting on the back seat and is a soft milk chocolate color. The arms and stiles are dark oak as well as the lever on each side of the recliner. I do not know the exact date this piece was made. It is vintage and may not be perfect. Measurements are 41 inches tall, 63 ½ inches side to side and 38 inches front to back. It weighs 205 pounds.

Vintage Settee Bench Dark Walnut Ladder Back Great Condition Upholstered Seat

This vintage bench is in great condition. It has a ladder style slat back with ring turned stiles, arms and legs. The seat is upholstered in pale buttery yellow velvet. The upholstery is in good condition except for 3 spots the size of a pencil lead on the top center of the cushion. See the photos below. This is a simple, straight-line design. Antique 4 Pc Victorian Settee Arm Chair & 2 Side Chairs New Upholstery XTRA NICE

Here we have a Victorian style 4-piece parlor set including a settee, arm chair and 2 side chairs. This set is in great condition. The wood is dark oak and all 4 pieces have new upholstery. The upholstery is buttery yellow and soft sage green floral plush fabric. There is tufted buttons on the back seat cushion as well as on the front of each seat cushion. Each piece has a very ornate crest rail with floral, shell and feather carvings. The stiles are carved and curvy. There are casters on the back legs of the arm chair and settee. There are casters on the front legs of all the pieces as well. The 2 side chairs and the arm chair have missing scroll work on the right front shoulder, it appears to be broken off. This is a beautiful vintage French style sofa that has been professionally reupholstered. This sofa has blond wood that looks like maple. The cushions are stuffed with down and so comfortable. Because of the down stuffing this piece is very heavy. The fabric is soft crushed velour in khaki with a floral pattern in red brown. The back cushion is solid and attached to the back of the couch. The seat cushion is split in 2 sections and removable. The seat rails and arm rests are upholstered and have exposed brass nail head trim. The 4 front legs are gently curved and scrolled.
