Antique 1936 Atlas of the World Great Condition Binding & Pages Intact XTRA NICE
Here we have a really nice 1936 Atlas of the World. This book is in great condition, the binding is intact and all the pages are still bound. The front cover and back cover paper that lines the hardback has ripped along the binding edge but it is all still together, see the photos below. The pages of this book are in great condition as well, no dog eared pages, no rips or tears. The edges are somewhat yellowed from age but over all condition of this book is very good. This book is antique and will not be perfect. The cover of the book reads “New International Atlas of the World The World Remapped New 1936 Edition with Supplement”. The front section of the book is titled “The Chronicle of Conquest from the Barbarian Invasions to Short Wave Radio a Composite Resume of the Rise and Fall of Nations with 95 Maps and Illustrations”. This book was published by Geographical Publishing Company of Chicago, Illinois and the information compiled by Lloyd Edwin Smith, B.S.
